Initial Consultation & Project Brief

Our projects start with an analysis of our clients requirements and a discussion to define all known aspects of a project. We cover the scope of our services and fees based on our client’s ambitions and expectations.

Site Survey

The scale and nature of a project dictates the extent and detail required from an initial site survey. We’ll appoint an appropriate, professional surveying team to ensure we can get the ball rolling with a feasibility study and some preliminary sketches.

Site Analysis

Success lies in our ability to fully explore and capture the restrictions and opportunities offered by a site. This critical step provides us with a graphic plan representation of the site and relevant planning policy at a central and local government level.

Feasibility Study

This is an important step that informs the design process. A feasibility study may take the form of a strategy diagram or it may be a detailed analysis of building massing and potential floor area calculations.

This is where your project comes to life. Working together we can begin to develop the initial sketch designs which will filter through to the more detailed designs required for the planning stage.

Develop

From managing building regulations approval to providing construction information, we can be involved as much or as little as is required to ensure your project moves forward as smoothly as possible.

Deliver

At Wildblood Macdonald we take your build personally. We understand that attention to detail is critical. As Architects, we work with the contractors to make sure the end result is of the highest possible standard.
