Planning permission was granted in 2011 for the conversion of a series of existing outbuildings into a single detached dwelling of 2,200 square feet in the Green Belt of Leeds.

Each existing structure is connected by a new single story glazed link with green roof, allowing glimpses into a small private sculpture garden and to extensive gardens beyond. The glazed links are designed to be a delicate connection to the existing structures in order to retain the character of the existing buildings.
