This headquarters office building, on the shore of a man-made lake, set a standard of design for the regeneration of the Lakeside part of Doncaster and is used by the local authority to promote the town.

Two three-storey open plan office wings radiate from a central core containing circulation, services and conference rooms which cantilever out towards the water.
