Planning success at Woodlands

Wildblood Macdonald have secured planning and listed building consent for a new mixed use scheme at Woodlands in the village of Scarcroft near Leeds.

The proposal, which sees the redevelopment of the existing building, comprises of a mixed use development of 3,000 square feet of office space and 3,500 square feet of ground floor retail space. The building sits within the grounds of Scarcroft Lodge, a grade ii listed building and is located within Leeds Greenbelt.

The design seeks to make minimal and sensitive interventions to the fabric of the existing building and responds to the formal landscaped setting of the conservation area.
