Wildblood Macdonald are pleased to have secured full planning and conservation area consent for 3 large detached dwellings in the garden of Springfield House. The 0.5ha plot has over 100 protected trees in the garden and sits on the edge of the Tockwith Conservation area.
Working closely with arboricultural consultant David Houldershaw of Northern Resource Consultants the site plan was designed such that it locates each dwelling within clearings of the heavily wooded mature landscaped garden. Each plot enjoys private gardens that have aspects over shady glades, orchards or secluded walled gardens.
The existing Georgian farmhouse house has been re-modelled and extended to create a large master suite and ground floor kitchen-diner that connects to a small kitchen walled garden to provide over 3,000 sqft of floor space. Overall the development provides over 9,000 sq ft of high quality residential floor space.
