Harrogate's Duchy expansion plans submitted

As part of a planning submission with Amec Foster Wheeler on behalf of The Duchy of Lancaster, Wildblood Macdonald is pleased to be designers for a planning application for 160 new homes on the western edge of Harrogate, off Cornwall Road.

The vision underlying these proposals is to provide a development of an outstanding design standard on the western edge of Harrogate that will offer a range of house types and tenures in a generously landscaped setting and with easy access to all that the town has to offer. Its design sets out to extend the characteristics and qualities of the neighbouring Duchy Estate and to create a long-term green edge to the town that respects its wider landscape setting.
