Detailed Planning Approved!

Working for Redrow Homes, Wildblood Macdonald has helped to secure detailed planning permission for the redevelopment of the former rugby club on Claro Road in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.

After changes were made to scheme following advice received from the planning department, the proposed scheme was voted through unanimously at planning committee.

The development proposes 126 new homes set around a central boulevard that leads to an area of open space and wildlife meadow. Further details of the scheme will follow.
